AMH 4.4 & follicle count of 11

Hey all

After 3 years TTC I finally built up the courage to go to LWC for a fertility MOT.

Turns out that my AMH is 4.4 and follicle count is 11 (4 on one side, 7 on the other). I was pretty gutted but clearly knew there was something wrong. My husband is also being tested and I expect there will be issues there too.

Either way, it looks like IVF will be the route..... LWC clinic offer a multi cycle package which has been recommended - I guess because of my age and low ovarian reserve so unlikely to work the first time, especially since they won't be able to confirm egg quality until they collect them...... I'm not sure whether to go with the multi cycle incase I don't like the clinic after one.... but then it's definitely more cost effective if I need to use all 3 cycles within the package and feel like there'll be less pressure on the first and second gos.

For context, I'm 35 yrs old with no known medical issues (apart from being totally unable to create a human!!), no previous pregnancies, and husband is 40, again no known medical issues.

Anyone else with similar issues have any success stories with IVF and how extreme did your fertility consultant go with the assisted IVF (i.e. medication)? Or any advice you'd give to someone starting their IVF journey?
