Period like pains stims

Hello I have period like pains and have been stimming for 10 days. Has anyone had this? This is my third cycle but I can't remember this before though I have never stimmed as long they usually take me early

Hi I had lower abdominal pressure/pain when I was on stims. It was on left and right sside and at times felt a bit like dull poking. And twinged when I stretched.

It sort of makes sense if ovaries are growing etc.

Thanks good to know it's not just me. I overthink everything
