Awful bloating Cyclogest

Is this normal? My goodness... I feel like my belly will pop. :-(

Is this after your egg recovery? I never had many issues with cyclogest but could it be ohss?

@Fox01 I am not doing IVF. I've just been prescribed this as we have unexplained infertility and they think my progesterone could be slightly low.

Ah then I don't know sorry. I have unexplained and only got prescribed it during ivf. I think bloating is normal but I wouldn't have thought it would be too bad? Sorry

@StarL2021 Unfortunately yes, bloating is normal. I was on cyclogest for 10 weeks and so bloated I had to go up a size in jeans! The day after I came off it I shrunk back down to my normal size.

Hope that the increase in progesterone helps you conceive and the bloating is worth it. Good luck!

Hi there, did you find anything to ease the bloating from cyclogest? I'm on it about a week now and look about 8 months pregnant. Have an event this week with a very tight dress!
