Chocolate cyst

Hi all. I had my first appointment to the clinic today. They referred us for ivf finally but, I had a scan and they found a chocolate cyst to my left ovary 5cm. Also, no baseline scan as I'm on day 7, 4 follicles 2 each ovary which confirm my low AMH and DOR.
Any IVF experience with cyst and low AMH/DOR? Thanks
