Delayed utrogestan fet

Hello everyone,

I just had my FET yesterday noon.

I was on a natural cycle, did not trigger ovulation but started taking progesterone 5 days prior to transfer, 200mg three times a day.

Yesterday evening I fell asleep before my last dose (scheduled at 23h). I had an alarm set on my phone but must have been tired as I didn't wake up. I woke at 4am and immediately took my dose but 5h late. Now I'm fretting that I may have screwed everything.

Anyone experience this ?
I'd be less worried if I knew I'd ovulated, as then the corpus luteum produces its own progesterone. But I don't know if I did.

I'm trying to take comfort in the fact that protocols vary greatly between clinics and 600mg/day is the highest dose, and I didn't skip it - just took it late. But I still feel like crap. It's such a critical time just around the time the embryo should implant. I'd be less worried if I'd skipped a dose just before testing as then I'd either be pregnant or not, one dose wouldn't change that.

Anyone can make me feel better ?

Updating for the sake of whoever stumbles upon this post after finding themselves in the same situation - I whatsapped my doctor and he said it's totally fine, my progesterone levels were good when they were tested yesterday morning so I shouldn't worry at all. Feeling loads better after my frantic googling earlier.
