Hello!
I just did my first round of Letrozole (days 2-6) I was still spotting from the end of my AF on CD10 when I went for the scan. No dominant follicles so went straight into another 5 days of higher dose Letrozole. A few days later I started to bleed heavier, went back a week later for another scan. Even though I was still bleeding, I had a thick lining and follicle ready to go, so the FS said I could trigger that day, and I did. I then inseminated at home the next day. He did say it would be a long shot because my lining seemed to be shedding but low chance is not no chance and I was nervous about the process of stabbing myself so thought it could be like a practice!
Anyway, on to the question lol Has anyone else just bled through monitored cycles? How is it possible to ovulate while you're bleeding? I just don't understand. I should mention I have a high BMI and long, sometimes irregular cycles so the prolonged bleeding is probably from that, but the FS is just making it seem like it's ok and I can still get pregnant going forward like this.
