Should I abandon this round or is there hope?

Hi everyone. Currently on my last round on the NHS. First round I had 10 eggs and none made it to blasts. Second round changed from Meriofert to Ovaleap and had 2 blasts, fresh failed and frozen ended in a chemical. Today I had my day 6 stims scan and there was only 3 follicles on my left and none on my right. I think last time I had 9 and ended up with 6 eggs. They’ve increased my Ovaleap from 200 to 250 and said by Friday (day 10) they may see more as small ones might not be visible. Has anyone had this happen, where more were visible a few days later? We did ask if we’d have the option to abandon the cycle if there are no more follicles and they said it’s possible and that we’d have to speak to the doctor. Thanks for any insight into your experiences, feeling really deflated. I don’t want to start all over again but equally don’t want to go ahead if we could have a better round.

And have you spoken with your doctor?

No, she meant we could speak to the doctor on Friday if we still only have 3.

I’m basically hoping someone is going to say they had more on day 10 🥺

Has anyone had any luck with more, smaller follicles showing later after the initial day 6 scan?

Sorry to bump but I’m very emotional and just hoping for some examples of good outcomes.

My doctor found another follicle on my later scan — I had four, then I had five, but I still only got four eggs. If I were you I would be inclined to abandon this cycle if you could get another one for free.
