Help! Moving IVF clinics (NHS) for final round

Has anyone done this? Is it worth it?
How does it work if you are NHS funded and there are no other ivf clinics in the area?

@Bekindplease what area are you in? I was IVF funded for my first 2cycles and I went to crgh in Central London.
