Weight loss for IVF

Has anyone successfully managed to lose weight for IVF? My BMI is about 37 i think. I need to lose 20kg. What has helped, any advice etc?

Hi there,

I did keto for 6 months plus using an injection (Saxenda) and list 19 kg. Keto itself helps but I plateau after 3 months so had to use the injection. I was eating the same but it seems it helped my metabolism.

Your BMI needs to be 35 or lower, if you use the NHS BMI calculator it will tell you how much weight you need to loose, may help 👍
