Breast feeding & infertility

Hoping someone might be able to give me some advice on how I can get my periods back whilst I'm still breast feeding.
15 months postpartum

Unfortunately you can't force them to come back whilst breastfeeding - mine came back within 4-6 weeks of stopping breastfeeding. How often are you feeding? At 15 months you could scale back to once a night and see if that does the trick?

I'm feeding to sleep and co-sleeping so it's difficult to drop a feed. I was hoping there would be something else I could do.
