Worse response to higher stims (again!)

Third IVF cycle is underway and so far it’s the worst yet.

cycle 1: gonal F 150 = 15 eggs and 12 mature
cycle 2: Gonal F 225/150 alrernating days = 12 eggs, 6 mature
cycle 3: Gonal F 225 = only ONE follicle grossing on day 3

I trusted my doctor when he said he’d increase the dose and now I’m pretty upset that I’m about to be proven right if we get fewer eggs again. I know they’ll blame my age, but I’m interested to hear if anyone managed to save their cycle at this stage?

I’ll be going to Create after this, I’ll either pull the plug on this cycle or I’ll go through with it for a tiny number of oocytes.

We’ve had 5 embryos transferred and one chemical, we’re much beyond it only takes one and need more eggs to get around MFI and potentially do PGT-A.

I'm in a similar boat to you and I don't know what the answer is really?
C1 - 150 Fostimon/150 Meriofert = 4 eggs, 1 blast
C2 - 250 Fostimon/250 Meriofert = 2 eggs 1 blast
C3 - 250 Fostimon/250 Meriofert = 1 egg no blast
C4 - 250 Fostimon/250 Meriofert every other day, clomid, progynova and indomethacin (supposed mild cycle) = only 1 folical growing and collection booked for weds.
I'm 42 with AMH of 2.9

@Sheepsheeps sorry for the relay. It’s interesting how much they push the more stims thing but it doesn’t always pan out that way.

How was your collection this time? I just had another and I’m thoroughly fed up of them lol. The higher stims worked out the same as the lower ones for me this time, the middle cycle with the varying stim doses did not achieve the same outcome, that cycle were a fair bit worse.
