We are just kicking off our IVF journey and are realising our clinic is really bad at communicating with us - they are always saying to get in touch with them so on paper etc everything is fine but in practice there is a lot of miscommunication.
For example, we have had to go for multiple blood tests cause they failed to mention the full suite of tests needed - this has happened twice. This has led to delays in our treatment but most importantly it is a huge pain for my partner who has a disability. There are also some further examples which are making me worry about the quality of care we will received despite this being considered a good clinic.
Has anyone had to face anything similar and how did you deal with it? Am I stressing for no reason?
