Hi there, my wife and I had our first FET last Tuesday. It was a 4BB or 6BB, I can't remember and I think it was day 6 blastocyst and was PGT-a normal. She took a first response pregnancy test yesterday (day7) after getting sore boobs (had been on progesterone for weeks with no sore boobs) but it was negative. Has anyone tested negative on day 7 with a sensitive test then gone on to test positive later? Our beta is on Friday so we'll know soon enough. We're lucky enough to have 7 more frozen embryos but they're all 4BC or 4CB. Any advice for future transfers would be appreciated. My wife has MS (it's stable), she's 34 and also tested positive for lupus antocoagullant which is maybe why we've had 3 miscarriages from natural pregnancies in past so the clinic started her on heparin from the day if transfer. Her AMH is very low, possibly from her MS treatment, so we did well to get the 8 embryos we did and just hope we can get to the finish line as it's been a long road - one I'm sure many of you have travelled too. For future transfers, I wonder if anyone transferred two "poor quality" embryos at the one time and how that went? Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

I can't help much. I got my first faint positive at 6dp5dt but ended in a miscarriage and that's with a 4AA. I wouldn't worry about quality as I've seen someone have a 2 day transfer with a 3BC and it was a perfect healthy baby. I think keep testing and you'll get your answer soon and try not to worry about following transfers if you have. There is no logic to it all sadly unless you are paying a lot for a high end clinic that is giving you everything under the sun. Even then, not always a guarantee
