Low ovarian reserve and high nk cells

I would love to find out if anyone has ever experienced successful fertility treatment or pregnancy after having both low ovarian reserve (amh) and high nk cells.

have been TTC for 3 years, diagnosed with low ovarian reserve after 1 year and then have done 3 rounds of ivf. Got pregnant twice but have had 2 losses and now now after some immune testing found out I have got high NK (natural killer) cells.

Any stories or wisdom to pass on would be greatly appreciated.

I @Ems123456789 yes I have! 4 mmc and tested and had high nk cells. Went with dr Gorgy and took the sink , prednisone, ivig, intralips, progesterone, clexane, baby aspirin. Finally had a healthy baby via ivf.

Thanks so much for letting me know @Lastdanceinthedark my clinic have recommended a protocol that includes all the above apart from IVIG (they don’t believe it’s a good thing to use 🫠 so I would have to move clinic if I needed that). Did you also have intralipids or IVIG into your first trimester? What is the sink?

Yes, I had intralips about 3x and ivig once in first trimester. Baby is hitting all milestones and top percentiles all through pregnancy onwards.
If I did it again I reckon I might just do intralipids though, ivig is also so expensive. It’s hard to know though which of the treatments helped her though, so may be if just do the same again next time .. I also did 25mg prednisone. The high dose was important I think as id had 10 before a couple of times.

Sink means , I threw the kitchen sink at it , just a phrase

I also have a low AMH and recently found out I have very high NK cells and the consultant has recommended I do IVIG.

Did you go on to have further IVF with immune suppressants? 🤞
