I had 2 rounds of IVF last year (ICSI - male factor) and responded really badly with OHSS both times. That was with my husband's sperm and quite a low dose of meds.
Fast forward to now, we have been trying IUI with donor sperm, difficult decision to give up with DH's sperm but we are now happy with it.
I've had 6 rounds of this and it's not working. They are saying I might need to try IVF again with the donor sperm, but I'm terrified I'll get ill again.
Has anyone else had OHSS? Is it a good idea to do IVF again when it made me so unwell? If you had OHSS, did they adjust your treatment so that the next time round you were less unwell? - Just looking for experiences and thoughts/ reassurance really.
