IVF April 2023 - looking for buddies!

Anyone out there starting/continuing IVF treatment next month (April 2023)?

I’m 36, first time everything, and due to start stims early April. Wondering if there are others who might like a thread to chat/vent?

Hiya, I'm starting IVF for the first time in April too! I'm 32, and pretty nervous about it all..!

I've been on norethisterone for the last couple of weeks, and due to come off it on Thursday to enable a bleed over next weekend. First scan 4th April and starting stims from there. Is that similar timings to you? Are you doing it alone or with a partner? Hope you've got a relaxing couple of weeks ahead before it all gets going...!

I'm starting my third FET in April. Just taken my prostap today to start my down reg (buserelin isn't currently available. I've had three egg collections, two transfers and a Hysteroscopy and EndemeTRIO so I'm almost an expert. Any questions let me know xx

Hi all, took my last Norethisterone this evening. Just have to wait for the withdrawal bleed now. This will be my second cycle. The last one got cancelled because I did not respond to the stims. They started me on low dose cause of PCOS. Looking forward to going on this journey but I'm also nervous. Wish you all the best.

@CR7 That sounds like a long process - how are you doing? Do you have other children or is this your first?

@BebeBelle That sounds so frustrating, having it cancelled at that stage! Really hope this cycle works for you - are they going to start you on higher doses this time? I’m due to start stims around the 6th April, excited but nervous, like all of us I think.
