Natural cycle and natural modified cycle

Dear Ladies,
Could you please share your experience with natural cycle and natural modified cycle. How does it look like? How many visits do you have? What day of period do you start? How often and how often blood tests? What day of period do you have egg collection?
I had already one cycle - regular ivf, strong hormone doses but no follicles grew , not even one. AMH 0.
