When people talk about AMH number here, are they normally in in pmol or ng?

Hi everyone,
As said in the title I want to have some information about AMH, maybe comparing mine with people of my age group, but I am super confused when going through the threads and there is no unit on the AMH number. So I am really not sure it is in pmol or ng.
for example 1pmol=0.445ng, when people say my AMH is 2.0. Does this mean 2.0pmol or 2.0 ng because there is a big difference.
Hope I am not asking a silly question.
Thank you so much.

For the majority of people I think they will mean pmol. That’s usually how it’s measured in the UK.

Mine is in pmol 2.2 should be something like 0.3 ng I think. In uk I think the result is in pmol
