Wondering how many rounds of IUI it took you to get pregnant?

I have just had my BFN from my 5th round of natural IUI with donor sperm.

I'm interested in anyone's IUI experiences, but particularly women under 35 who have no known fertility issues, using natural (non medicated) IUI with donor sperm.

Just wondering how long this is going to take 😫

I will say - DH and I toyed with the idea of IUI prior to IVF (when we didn’t realise we had Male Factor!) but when researching it we were put off as it was something like 6 IUI rounds, were equivalent (success wise) to just 2 transfers for IVF. We couldn’t have IUI anyway but that swayed it for us🤍

I have already had IVF (ICSI) with my DH sperm, however it made me very unwell. We have since given up and decided to use a donor and as I have no known issues, they say natural IUI should be fine - however, it's not worked yet 😫
