AMH under 1

Hi all looking for any positive stories of IVF with extremely low egg count. I'm 40 and AMH is 0.5. We are really lucky to have 2 DD already. But I'm devastated to think that we're done. Has anyone had success with IVF with egg count this low? Husband sperm tests are fine. Not considering donor eggs at this point. Not looking for false hope but just whether there's any chance

Hi is that 0.5 in the pmol or ng measurement. My friend is 39 and her amh is 0.5pmol and she has just concieved via iui. Best of luck
