When to take Cyclogest with Letrozole

I did some rounds of clomid privately last year and have some leftover cyclogest. I'm now on my last nhs cycle of letrozole and really am throwing everything I have at it knowing if this fails I have to self fund IVF.

What day in your cycle did you start cyclogest? From memory I took it 2 or 3 days after ovulating? Is 1 pessary a day enough?

Thanks!

Hi lovely!

I’m basing this on my IVF round if it was “natural”, I started the pessaries the day of my egg collection which is “ovulation day” I did 1 that evening. Then 2 (morning and night) from the following day. I know it may be slightly different for a natural cycle, but it can’t be too different! As long as you know you’ve definitely ovulated, I’d say use them! X
