Ovulation post ovarian cysts caused by IVF

I had a round of ivf and after egg collection had multiple cysts on my ovaries that stopped us going for another round straight away, instead I had to have a month off.

I have just hit ovulation stage and a) I have been moody as hell (god bless my partner!) and b) I haven’t ovulated but my LH has surged for 3/4days.

Has anyone else had cysts post a round of ivf or does anyone know how the cysts leave or how it impacts your cycle/ovulation?

I have a big cyst on one ovary and have had painful ovulation since having IVF, but I have no idea if it was actually caused by the IVF or not.

My clinic insists it wasn't and that it's just normal ageing (as it's been a couple of years now since I had the IVF).

What does your clinic/ doctor say? And do you know for sure that the cysts were not there before the IVF?
