Wondering if anyone has any experience with taking Letrozole with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea? I’ve made all the recommended lifestyle changes (putting on weight, reducing exercise etc) but have had no luck with AF appearing so decided to start on Letrozole 2.5mg. Had 2 12mm follicles at scan on CD8, then had a flashing smiley on CD12, they are still flashing today at CD17 but still no solid smiley. Wondering if it’s possible that follicles stopped growing and therefore didn’t ovulate as surely would have by now? Also I had sore boobs and some CM prior but now nothing. Anyone else going through Letrozole with HA or any success stories?!
