4CC Embryo Transfer

Hi, I have just finished my first IVF cycle and had my 5 day 4cc embryo transfer yesterday, after a bit of googling I've realised a 4cc embryo isn't the best :( and now I am worrying that it has no chance? has anyone got any positive stories regarding 4cc embryo?

Multiple rounds of IVF, all my A grade embryos failed/would miscarry at diff stages.

Final round we could face/financial afford after after years, we only got two embryos at day 5!! two! One 'ok', one 'poor' quality and embryologists even debated whether would be freezable as so poor quality......... after always having lots of A grade in previous rounds.

Left very upset. Now mummy to 3 year old beautiful, clever and funny twins.

IVF is a rollercoaster. Be kind to yourself. This little embryo may go the distance like my 'ok' and 'poor' embryo..... x x

Also my singleton mum friend got babe in arms from her 9th FET i.e. lowest grade embryo in her bunch!

My 4AA was a very early miscarriage and my 4BB is going strong at 23 weeks pregnant so I don’t think embryo grade matters, it’s the genetics. Good luck!

Hello! I also had transfer with two 4CC embrios and my doctor said that we don't need pay much attention for grade, good genetics really matter. Now in TWW, also googled a lot about poor quality, but stopped after transfer and trying to believe that everything will be ok. Wish you good luck🙏🏻

Hey how did you get on with your 4CC fet? I have mine coming up in 2 weeks

I had my 4CC transferred today. It’s our last attempt. 3 rounds of IVF and 1 natural conception but we still have no living children. I’m almost 42. We’ve been trying for 5 years. Now I have to admit to myself that I left it too late. If this last transfer doesn’t work then that’s it! It’s nerve wracking, devastating, emotional and mentally draining and so so unfair! Keeping everything crossed for all of you going through this 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Hi, it was a successful transfer it did implant however sadly ended very early as a ‘chemical pregnancy’. I wish you all the best with yours!

I went through the same on my last transfer so here’s hoping for a better chance next week!

I honestly think grades mean absolutely nothing and it's entirely down to whether that embryo is chromosomally normal or not and endometrial receptivity.
I transferred 5bc and 3cc and got my bfp

My transfer of two 4CC six-day embryos ended up with pregnancy and almost 2 months old healthy boy🙏🏻 Hope it will also work for you🙏🏻Wish everybody good luck❤️

Thanks for replying, I’m 7 days past transfer today and I got a negative test and it’s my birthday today so yeah, not great news!

It’s so disheartening honestly, I had a 3Bc first transfer last cycle which was lost at 5 weeks. How many attempts have you had? I’ve got to go ahead with injections again now so very upset with the outcome as 2 failed attempts so far

This was our 3rd round of IVF. We’ve been trying for 5 yrs. had 3 MMCs and also failed IVF but still no chick seen for us. So that’s it for us now, we decided before this round started that it would be our last go. It’s devastating
