FET lost symptoms and hope

Hi everyone; I am writing all the way from Turkey ♥️ Let me tell you a little about me; my husband has azoospermia; diagnosed around February 2021. He had several different hormonal treatments and around May 22 we found sperm in his ejaculate 🙏🏻 Started IVF/ICSI around June 21, and had our first negative in August. I literally had zero symptoms on that try; saw a squinter around 6dp4dt but got a negative beta on 11dp4dt.
This month; I changed my ob, I started progynova a month prior to FET and a Lupron Depot on cycle day 21.

My estrogen levels increased perfectly; the lining reached 10mm then we had a neupogen uterine wash, intralipid infusion and high dose of progesterone. Transfer was done on cycle day 18, lining was 12.2 mm, had a albutan/tractocile infusion to calm my uterus. I have 3 good quality blast babies on board since 8 February. I had mild af like cramps for the first 3 days, they subsided 🥺, still have sore boobs-probably due to meds and a weird sensation where my legs and groin/vagina meet, sometimes on the right side, sometimes on the left. Is not feeling any cramps a bad sign 🥹

@chopinetto hey! I think your symptoms sound fine. Cramping is usually a good sign and i also had a weird sensation, felt a bit numb but also a bit like pulling. Keep positive. Stay hopeful and good luck x

What a journey you've been through!
On my successful round, I had some cramping for a few days after and they explained this was due to everything being a bit angry at the intrusion.

From then on I had nothing. My test day came and went (and of course by that point I'd already tested 10 times!) And still no symptoms. It was the day before my first clinic scan to check on everything that the vomiting started. And from there on in I felt horrendous.

As hard as it will no doubt be, I'm determined to remind myself next time that symptoms or the absence of them doesn't give a huge indication either way!

Got everything crossed for you. X
