How many transfers and did you do anything differently for success?

Hi,

We have had a bumpy road like all of you who find yourself on this forum. We have unexplained infertility. At age 31, we had 5 blasts from an EC of 10.
Fresh 5dt = bfn
FET 1 = bfp and our son is age 2.5! Yay!
FET 2 for sibling = bfn
FET 3 for sibling = bfp but sadly mc at 5.5 wks
FET 4 for sibling = bfn

Sadly no embryos left so 3.5yrs later and now a v low amh now and a total afc of 6 We are likely to do one last ec. How many transfers did it take you and what, if anything did you do differently? My nk cells are a little high as is activation but not massively and I know this is a highly controversial field of medicine but a protocol with pred, blood thinners etc may be something we consider. All other results were normal, no autoimmune etc.

I’ve had 4 FETs, 2 successful but ended in miscarriage, 1 failed and final I’m 8 weeks pregnant with twins! I had my thyroid checked and was put on levothyroxine as well as blood thinners. Also, husband and I took Impryl prior to retrieval. Good luck x
