HCG blood test

Hello,

I'm new to posting on here, but would appreciate some help please.

I am 12dp5dt (FET) with an embryo that had been genetically tested. I had a HCG blood test on Thursday (10dp5dt) and again today. The clinic called me on Thursday to tell me that I'm pregnant as the HCG result was 66. They sent me again today to get my blood tested and it had reduced to 51.

The clinic isn't open until Monday, but I'm guessing it's not a good sign and the pregnancy is not viable. Has anyone else had this or knows what sort of outcomes I can expect? Also, how long I have to wait before another FET?

I think you're right. It is disappointing and a little surprising as I haven't had any spotting or other indications. I guess this is just how things go sometimes.

@anncole how did things go? I had similar and they classed it as a chemical pregnancy and I bled at 6+2. I had that cycle and starting FET this cycle which is the cycle after. Did you get to start your FET?

@Fox01 sorry I didn't see this response. Weirdly, I never bled at all but it was definitely a chemical pregnancy.

I did a second FET in March and it was successful. I'm now 22 weeks pregnant the doctor couldn't explain why it happened because the embryo had been genetically tested, but said to try a baby aspirin a day to see and, it could just be coincidence, but it did work.
