5dt Early Testers?

Hi all,
So yeah I’m the type of person who can’t help testing - everyday - twice sometimes. I had my 5day blastocyst- 3BB transferred on Monday. It’s now Friday so 4dpt but I’m negative on cheap early testers and First response early detector. I just want it so much - I know it’s early but I read loads of people test positive on day 4! Has anyone, who was an obsessive tester like me, had a 5 day transfer and got a BFN 4DP but gone on to get a bfp?

I have used a cheap version, I will definitely go and get some proper quality tests

I’ve just done a clearblue this morning and is positive
no more cheap tests 😁

Have now done a CB and it was a BFN, I did another FRER and was faint again (starting to think it's the grip lines and I'm fabricating it). Can only be seen in sunlight or with a torch.

I've stressed myself out and as it's only 7dp3dt I'm going to just take a few days out to mentally prep for the absolute worse case.

Really hoped it could of been positive.

Hi, I'm late to join the discussion but have been following this thread for a couple of days.

I had my 3rd FET last Monday 30th at 3PM. I took a FRER yesterday morning (so I guess technically 5.5dp5dt rather than 6dp5dt?) and it was stark white. Gut punch. I didn't test this morning because honestly yesterday was a lot and I convinced myself it's failed. I got some words of encouragement on Reddit so now I'm thinking I might test again tomorrow (7.5dp5dt), or just wait for Saturday which is when the clinic actually advised me to test.

This is so hard.

I have been having some cramping which I don't usually get at this point in my cycle, and that I did get with my first two FETs, which both resulted in pregnancies (but sadly no live births). I'd like to interpret that as a positive sign but maybe I'm just torturing myself.

@Capri93 you are still very very early after a 3dt! Mine was a 5dt and so my positive on 5dp is your equivalent now and I’m telling you it was so light I used a torch! So honestly you’re still in!

@giraffesauce i no it’s easier said but you’re not out my 5dp was really light it at all visible!

Is it 7dp3dt or 6dp3dt?

Also, please excuse my cockapoo dust... just noticed how much came of as I was giving her strokes before taking image...

@Jayjay08 I personally dont see a line, but OH and mum says there is and I'm too scared to get Hope's up...

@Capri93 I'm struggling to see it, but if you had a 3dt on the 30th then today you are the equivalent of 5dp5dt (as you're two days "behind"), or even 4.5dp if you consider the transfer was in the afternoon. So it may really be too early to test.

I've also just found out that high levels of biotin interfere with FRER and even blood HCG testing. I saw this mentioned on forums a lot, and this seems to be a pretty legit source: www.obgproject.com/2019/11/11/biotin-found-in-multivitamins-may-interfere-with-important-lab-tests-including-hcg-and-troponin-levels/ (if anyone has a better source please let me know).

Apparently if you're taking a prenatal or multivitamin with high levels of biotin, or a skin/hair/nails supplement, it could lead to false negative results.
