And if so was it naturally or induced?

I had a breach IVF baby, so planned C-section. My local authority did not induce baby early for being IVF only, there needed to be other factors for this to be considered. I was under consultant care because of having bleeding throughout though.

Spontaneous labour at 40+1. Baby born 40+2.

My hospital also doesn’t induce for IVF alone. I had an appt at 39+6 which included a scan of the placenta to check for any calcification/degeneration and all looked fine so they decided to wait and see. My next appt was at 40+3 but obviously it wasn't required in the end.

Yep, c section at 38+3, high risk pregnancy for reasons other than ivf

Sweep at 40+2, born 40+5. They don't induce IVF pregnancies any early than they would routine where I am either. Think the idea of inducing IVF pregnancies early is based on outdated research.

I was reading an old thread of IVF pregnancies and the majority seemed to give birth early, it makes sense now that you have said there's outdated research about inducing IVF pregnancies.

I was being overly anxious about going into Labour early, due to the thread.

Thank you all x
