Hydrosalpinx/blocked fallopian tube with endometriosis

Hi everyone,
I've very recently had a laproscopy to unblock my left fallopian tube which was initially found on an ultrasound. They found that my fallopian tube/ovary was stuck to my bowel with adhesions/endometriosis and I also had a hydrosalpinx. He was able to save the tube but I'm just slightly concerned that it will come back over time? I have suffered a few miscarriages and not sure if it's been linked?I've already had two surgeries for my endometriosis and adhesions within the last year or so. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi, I haven't had any more surgeries since as the blockage hasn't come back. After lots of tests it's been found that my miscarriages have been caused by a blood clotting disorder (APS).
