Cold/sore throat before embryo transfer

Hi all,

Looking for positive stories about having a cold just before your embryo transfer.

My transfer is tomorrow and I've had this cold since Sunday. Got a tickly throat, hoarse voice and feel congested but no fever and covid negative. I spoke to clinic and they said it's all fine but I'm still worried.

I didn't have a cold but for a few days after transfer I had a stomach upset and felt really weak and sick. To this day I've no idea I'd it was in my head because of all the stress, if I'd managed to give myself food poisoning or what. The consultant said embryos are very tough things really and wouldn't really be affected. I did end up pregnant anyway. Best of luck.
