Abnormal smear

Hi,

My last smear shows hpv and abnormal cells. I need to go for a colposcopy. I was due to start meds this weekend for a frozen transfer. We have been doing IVF for 4 years, multiple rounds. Will this colposcopy delay things. Neither my GP nor my IVF clinic are getting back to me and I'm pretty anxious.

Hello, late response but I had a colposcopy two years running and we couldn’t do embryo transfers in that month but as my biopsy was all clear we carried on the following month:

for your info, I had the same… HPV & abnormal cells and after two years of that result, it cleared itself up.
