Hi all, We are about to begin our first FET. We had 1 grade 1 8 cell day 3 frozen, and a day 5 grade 4BB. Our clinic prefer to thaw the day 3 and culture in the lab to day 5 before transfer. Has anyone had any success with this? Thanks!
