Help! Taking the wrong dose of Progesterone

Long story short I've been taking 400mg a day rather than the prescribed 800mg. I'd been given 200mg pessaries and I had read on my protocol that I had to take those 2 times a day. However I missed the in brackets bit that said 2 x 200mg pessaries for each dose. I called the nurse and she says this happens a quite a bit and not to worry but as I've got my FET in 2 days I'm very worried!

Has anyone else done this? I feel like a prize idiot 😞

No personal experience with FET, but think the best way is probably to give your clinic a call and see what they can advise you to do. Think before the transfer they'll scan and check you (maybe bloods?) to make sure everything is fine before proceeding.

The clinic called me back and did some tests and put me on injectables alongside my pessaries which is not fun! I'm hoping I only have to take these for a couple of days but it might be for 8 weeks! 😬

A lesson learned haha!
