Hi,

im really worried about my PGTA results. I’m nearly 35 and have 6 embryos. We decided to do this as I don’t think I can mentally cope or take much more of this journey. Especially if we have to go through a few miscarriages. Does anyone have any success stories? I’ve read a lot about bad results or results that re inconclusive and failed implantation and now I worry I’ve made the wrong decision. I’m just so down about all of this and can’t stop crying.

Hi, I’m so sorry you are feeling this way @HB1982 I was in you position a few months ago. I just wanted to share our story and hopefully give you a bit of positivity.

I had egg collection a few weeks after turning 37. We opted for PGT-A given I’d had recurrent miscarriages. We had 6 embryos tested, of which 5 came back as normal. We transferred 1 and I’m now 14 weeks pregnant

During the wait for the PGT-A results I was convinced we’d have bad news given my age, the miscarriages and how long we’d been trying with no luck. It’s so hard not to think negatively.

Wishing you all the luck in the world.
