Would we be candidates for IVF?

My partner and I have been trying for a year , we did manage to get pregnant twice however we had early losses. My partner has MS one of the side effects means it's difficult for him to finish at times. So it's hard to catch an egg on time most months. I have started having spotting sometimes and short periods now which is new, which I'm reading means there could be a fertility issue. Does this sound like we could get some help via IVF? I am in my late thirties, we both already have kids and whilst it would not be the end of the world if it didn't happen, we would really love to add to our life with a little bundle. If anyone has any advice or can even tell me about the steps involved in getting help via IVF I would be grateful

Whilst a fertility clinic may be able to help you conceive, you would have to self fund any treatment yourself as the NHS doesn’t offer treatment to couples with existing children.

There is some information on how to choose a clinic here but it might be worth speaking to the GP as they may be happy to do blood tests & sperm analysis for you to start off with.
I’m sorry for your losses Flowers
