IVF medication side effects

Hi, soon i’ll be starting medication for IVF round 1. Can anyone tell me what kind of side effects they experienced while taking IVF drugs? I’ve just read somewhere that someone suffered from awful sickness… is this common?

I am on day 9 of stims and day 4 of Fyremadel. So far just bloated and the odd headache and hot flush but nothing that's stopping me about going about my normal day :) I've not heard of the drugs making anyone sick before personally. Good luck! x

All I've ever had was maybe headaches on high stims but generally I don't have anything. I remember being really worried about them before starting and I posted on here and had lots of kind comments. The one that stood out to me was someone saying how she'd asked the clinic about side effects and they'd said to her that they'd never had anyone stop IVF because of the side effects and that stuck with me. It really won't be as bad as you're thinking. Good luck!

@XCara4 my first round of stims I was tired and very bloated I’m due to start my second round in a couple weeks I’ll let you know if I have any symptoms

I had 2 full cycles and didn't have much to report on side effects.. I'd say all went pretty smoothly hoping you will feel okay and good luck!
