Help. Miscarriage and failed implantation IVF

Hi,

I had my first IVF round last summer and fell pregnant but miscarried our fresh transfer. Before Xmas we had a FET but it didn't implant. We have two frozen embryos left. Does anyone have any similar stories with a happy ending where they can help with ideas of further testing etc? We have our review with the clinic next week and want to be proactive going into it. Any help is much appreciated.

I had a 6.5 week miscarriage in May (sac but no fetal pole) on a high grade but 1PN day 6 blastocyst, and I've just a negative pregnancy test today from a 5AC 2PN day 6 blastocyst. This came after a successful polypectomy in December. I'm really confused and angry. All we have left is one pretty low grade day 7 blastocyst. I'm also looking for answers. Sorry I can't proffer any at the minute. If I had more embryos and more money I'd probably try PGT-A testing despite the HFEA verdict on it. We've no idea whether it's an egg or sperm or both issue (I have PCO in one ovary, so produce a lot of eggs but my husband has severe oligospermia after testicular cancer and chemo). The clinic have no idea either but I feel it's too early to consider gamete donation.
