Brown bleeding / discharge before embryo transfer in 2 days?

Me again :( lol

I had my egg collection on Wednesday (4th Jan) - it went ok, light sedation, the right side was a little tender but the left was fine. I struggled to walk slightly Wednesday eve, but by yesterday I felt back to normal! But yesterday morning, I had some slight brown watery discharge. Only after a BM, and none the rest of the day.

I’ve woken up this morning, and again, tried for a BM (which I swear these pessaries are making me constipated lol) and I had quite a lot of sticky light brown discharge, but again, only once after “pushing”.

Is this normal so late after EC? I’m worried my hormones have got a bit crazy and ET Monday might not be a good idea? I’ve emailed the clinic but I don’t think they’re in today. I’ll mention it Monday but I can’t find an answer anywhere!

Don't worry too much. I had a similar situation, with even fresh red blood one day before and on the morning of the egg transfer. If you have doubt, ask your clinic to do a scan before proceeding. My clinic (Create) did it for me and the doctor couldn't see anything abnormal. Uterus lining all fine and no bleeding. The doctor suspected it was because the way I applied the pessaries. I was inserting the applicator fully, which in hindsight meant it probably reached the cervix and disturbed it. I've been inserting it partially until it met some resistance afterwards, and haven't had any spotting or bleeding ever since. Now 7 weeks pregnant and saw a heart beat three days ago :)
