Hi - after anyone with any advice or suggestions please? I have a weird history - late miscarriage at 20 weeks due to severe IUGR followed by an ectopic pregnancy followed by a miscarriage at 7 weeks. All chromosomally normal. Last miscarriage was also on progesterone, oestrogen patches, clexane and prednisolone. Not sure how to move forward!

Hi I'm sorry to hear your news and hope you are ok and have some support. I don't have any experience in this but from seeing so many posts on the forum, it sometimes can just be unexplained, have you spoken to your clinic for them to run any tests that could assist xxx I wanted to reply to send you love and strength ❤️

You may need a more intense immune protocol past steroids such as IVIG or LIT treatment so may need to do more immune testing. I haven’t experience of these myself but you could look up wild ride fertility or gimme a bfp on Instagram. Also worth doing testing of lining/menstrual fluid to make sure you’ve got no bad bacteria and enough good bacteria (Emma/Alice tests) and also do full suite of miscarriage bloods such as thrombophelia. Also look into how much progesterone you were on - progesterone in oil is the best.

thank you both so much for replying! We are going to ask our consultant about IVIG - I have had some immune and thrombophelia tests already and all normal. Will also ask around Emma / Alice as that is something I haven't had done. Progesterone I was on 2 Lubion injections a day plus Cyclogest pessary which I was hoping was enough! It is strange as there is no pattern but obviously something not working given we know they are all chromosomally normal!
