Hi everyone, I've been prescribed metronidazole at 9/10 weeks for a diagnosis of BV and I'm worried about conflicting research about the safety of metronidazole in the first trimester. I have heard that some people are prescribed it by the recurrent miscarriage clinic as a preventative and wondered if anyone had any experience of this? Mainly, have you had metronidazole in the first trimester and it's been ok?
