There's no harm it getting it removed.

Hello OP, based on what you've said I would get it removed to feel as though I have done everything to increase my chances of full term pregnancy.
I have been told that implantation near a polyp may cause miscarriage, something to do with competing for blood supply if I remember correctly. I was also told if polyp isn't near general implantation area than it shouldn't be a problem.

I went for 2 rounds of IUI last year, during scans for that they found a very small polyp. They told me it could affect implantation but might not. They said it was my choice if I went ahead with the IUI or not. Both were negatives and I'll never know if it was due to the polyp or not.

I then switched to IVF and they said I'd have to get it removed before starting IVF treatment which I did. Going through IVF is alot and you'll want to do what you can to increase your chances without wondering what if this is affecting it although I'm not sure in your case given where it is if it would affect things or not.
