Hi , long story short, thank you for reading !
I have had 6 early pregnancy losses at 6 weeks each time .
I have had few scans where all doctors mentioned I have heart shaped uterus !
normal US scan says - bicornuate
3D scan says- Arcuate
saline fluid sonogram - heart shape.
I asked the nurse if it’s bicornuate or arcuate and she said they are both the same thing !
another US ultrasound - maybe septum ?
what do I belive ?
I also have small polyp in one of the horns 4mm but nurse said it’s too small to remove and won’t be the reason for my losses . And fibroid but she said it’s not on the lining itself so it doesn’t cause problems . Pls help me out here ? Which scan will tell for sure what kind of uterus I have . If I have septum this could be removed! But I don’t have an answer ! Thank you ! Xx
