Measuring a week late at 6 weeks 4 days

Any advice on this? I’m measuring just short of a week earlier on my viability scan. Instead of 6 weeks 4 days, 5 weeks 5 days. No heartbeat yet.

These things can vary so i wouldn't panic yet, but I think if there's no activity by the 7th or 8th week the doctor may suggest there's cause for concern.
