When did you get a positive test?

Hi all, so I'm 6 days post embryo transfer (frozen donor eggs) and was just wondering when people began testing for a BFP? Clinic said wait two weeks (I know that's the most sensible answer) but I have the patience of a gnat. Did anyone test earlier than that and get lucky?

Hi - I did a fresh day transfer. I tested negative at 8dpt and then official test day was 11dpt and had a positive now nearly 19 weeks pregnant! Do not test too early it will just cause unnecessary upset. Wishing you lots of luck xxxx

I also couldn't have waited that long. I tested 6dpt and got a vv faint line. Then drove myself slightly nuts over line progression by testing daily so if you can find the restraint, testing every other day is really better. Good luck!

Thanks ladies. Tomorrow is official test day (day 13 post transfer) but I did a test yesterday (day 11) and it was negative, so not holding out any hope for tomorrow! Very frustrating. Still, we have 4 in the freezer so guess we'll just go again... 🤞🏻🤞🏻
