Has anyone experienced this? I have an AMH of around 30, my first nhs cycle was on 150 Gonal f and they retrieved 15 eggs (about 23 at baseline), three of which made it to transfer, albeit unsuccessful.
This time at the private clinic they said I was a good responder so they increased my stims to 150/225 Gonal f on alternating days, only for it to be a poorer response. I had about 20 follicles at baseline, 10 were collected and we’re in line for fewer embryos this time, 3 or 4 in the running for day 5 (Saturday).
This is not how it’s all supposed to go, I feel really disappointed and confused about what the best plan is for our third and possible final cycle next year. Would it makes sense to ask them to go for lower doses again?
