MFI + IVF Abroad

Hello everyone,

Myself and my partner are looking at going to Prague (Fertility Port) for IVF due to MFI. I have had my AMH test which came back at 28.9 pmol/L (I am 34). Does this seem ok?

I also need a fertility scan to check follicles etc - can anyone recommend anywhere in the West-Midlands for this?

Also, has anyone been to Prague for IVF and could explain the process please? IT is all so daunting.

Hi, I have had ivf in UK in October which didn't work. So looking at going over to Prague also. A gynae consultant I went to recommended Prague. Sorry no info to share but good luck with your appointment.

We are looking at ivf abroad, but in cyprus, we also have MFI. Did you ever find out where was the best place for having all tests/scans in the UK was?

@Alice379292 Hello, this is actually my post but with my other username.

We had our scans with Ultrasound Direct in the end. I had my progesterone tests with Superdrug Online Doctor.

We had the consultations with the clinic in November, then went over to Prague at the end of Feb for 12 days - unfortunately I had to have a freeze all cycle but we went back and transferred one embryo on the 4th May and I am currently 9 weeks pregnant.

@Alice379292 - Quick question when you went for a FET in Prague, how many days did you have to stay there

@rokshu17 We stayed overnight when we went for our FET. We landed on the Wednesday evening, had the FET Thursday morning and flew home the Thursday night.
