DHEA delaying ovulation?

Hi all,

I've been prescribed DHEA by my clinic for one month before our second round of IVF (first one led to 3 PGT abnormal blasts only) and I'm now on day 15 and still haven't had my LH surge. On cheap strips or CB monitor (high reading for 6 days so far).

We're TTCing naturally this month (our issue is recurrent miscarriage and clearly, after that round of IVF, bad eggs) so I'm hoping to ovulate!

There's not much I can do about it this month but did anyone else find DHEA delayed their ovulation? Could this be a problem?

I didn’t track ovulation but my cycles were definitely longer while I was taking DHEA so it follows that I ovulated later. I was on it for 3 months and all 3 cycles were longer and then went back to normal the following month once I stopped. Hope that helps, good luck!

I feel a bit confused. CRGH have prescribed DHEA and I went online to buy it, but looks like I can get it at a big website called iherb or Amazon, without a prescription... uk.iherb.com/pr/life-extension-dhea-25-mg-100-capsules/4056

Any advice/thoughts appreciated.
