Hi. Looking for some positive stories if anyone can help.

Has anyone had a one off poor semen analysis when previous results have all been fine?

Also, has anyone had any success with conceiving naturally with lower than optimal results? And did you do anything specific to help?

If there were positive results previously, it's possible that lifestyle changes could improve quality.
