HyCoSy cycle - does the procedure damage the lining?

i had a HyCoSy on day 10 - I assume my liking would have started already to grow but will having the saline pushed through have disrupted that meaning I’m unlikely to conceive this month ?

Has anyone been trying ages and then had a HyCoSy and got pregnant ? I’m clinging to the hope it will have made a difference somehow for us

Yes! I fell pregnant the same cycle that we had the hycosy after over 18 months of secondary infertility. Hope it works for you too x

@silverliningornot I had mine on day 10 ish and didn't conceive that month, but did the following month 6 weeks before we were due to begin IVF. My procedure was pain free and there were no blockages or anything like that, so it could be coincidence, but either way I am over the moon. Now 25 weeks x

I had my procedure on CD11, it was slightly painful (just cramping) when she pushed in the contrast. My G told me we can try the same month as the contrast isn’t damaging to the lining nor the hypothetical embryo.

Keeping my fingers crossed we are successful after HyCosy. We have been ttc for over a year and a half. 🙏🏻
